## 2.Dowloading from Xbox Gamepass

Minecraft can be played from xbox game pass too.

2. Should dowload "Minecraft PC bundle.

## Setup the Optifine and Minecraft

Optifine is essencial for better performance in server. But first we have to dowload 1.17.1 version of Minecraft.

1. Open the Minecraft and choose java edition from left side
2. Select installation/new installation choose version and select release 1.17.1 and save
3. Choose version 1.17.1 from bottom left.
4. Last click the play button and wait for the installation to complate then move to the next stage.

We should close minecraft now for optifine installation.

5\. Should dowload optifine from this site: <https://optifine.net/adloadx?f=OptiFine_1.17.1_HD_U_H1.jar&x=544d>

6\. Open the Optifine jar and click "Install" optifine automaticly detects the minecraft folder.

7\. Then open the minecraft launcher and select version <img src="/files/XhCcU5FwqgoTX50YSR8L" alt="" data-size="original">8.Then click play and move to the next stage.

9\. Click to multiplayer/add server, paste this <mark style="color:red;">"play.thealienboy.com"</mark> IP to server adress and click done you can join the server by double clicking or selecting and click to join server.
